Training Methods
Nowldg designs programs using linguistic, mathematical, spatial, musical, kinesthetic, empathic, and self-awareness intelligences to cater to all students.
Learning Styles
We include slides, flip charts, reading, and demonstrations for visual learners; lectures, discussions, and stories for auditory learners; and role-playing, simulations, practice, and writing for kinesthetic learners.
Safe Learning Environment
We create safe environments where adults learn best by doing, with permission to fail and positive reinforcement.
